When listing your space, if you choose to hold a Security Deposit, check the option and enter the amount you request.

This amount will then be added to the booking amount total and charged to your guest’s payment card. We will send this amount to you 24 hours after the guest has checked in. As long as nothing has been broken or damaged, please refund the full amount to the guest – this can be done either by cash on check out day or transferred to their bank account or PayPal account within five business days – whichever is more convenient for both parties.
