Cancellation due to COVID-19

If COVID-19 affects your travel plans, your host’s cancellation policy will still apply. If your reservation doesn’t qualify for a full refund, you can always message your host to find out if they’re willing to give you a full refund because of the special circumstance. Please remember to carefully review the host's cancellation policy when booking and consider choosing an option that provides more flexibility. In case you need to cancel your stay, please check with your travel insurance about what is covered.

When you cancel a booking before your move-in:

In case you cancel your own booking after it's paid and confirmed, a refund will depend on your landlord's cancellation policy — flexible, moderate, strict, and non-refundable — and on the day you cancel your booking. Depending on these two factors, you may be entitled to 100%, 50%, or no refund.

Your 1st month's rent will be 100% refunded if you cancel up to 90 days before move-in, and 50% if you cancel up to 24 hours before.
